Busy arrivals stall when a single laptop holds the list. Sharing the work is the easy part; keeping everyone looking at the same truth is the hard part.
One laptop, one queue, one person typing
Two staff with two lists that disagree by lunchtime
The report has to be stitched together afterwards
Fifteen devices working the same list at once
Every check-in appears everywhere in real time
One report at the end, already reconciled
Data lives in the cloud, so a kiosk at the door and a dashboard in the office are reading and writing the same record.
In most practical setups fifteen devices can check people in simultaneously. Mix self-service kiosks with staffed dashboards however your entrance is laid out.

Because every device writes to the same cloud list in real time, someone already checked in at door one shows as checked in at door two. Nobody gets counted twice.

Open the dashboard in your browser, click your profile picture in the top right, and choose Invite collaborator. Each person gets their own login rather than sharing yours.

The administrator who invited a collaborator is the only person who can remove them. Collaborators can invite others but cannot remove anyone, so nobody can lock the owner out.

Alerts turn a shared list into something the whole team can act on, not just something they record into.

Set an alert for the people who matter and the dashboard tells you the moment they check in. You can also send outbound notifications, such as a confirmation email to the attendee once their check-in is recorded.
No per-device setup, and no extra licences to buy before you start.
