Will it work on multiple devices, at the same time?
Yes - all of your data is saved in the cloud. Multiple devices can check-in and sync data at the same time. In most practical cases up to 15 devices can work together at once.
Does it work offline?
Not at the moment - you will need internet access to check-in people.
Can multiple events take place at the same time?
Yes - you can have multiple lists, each device or collaborator can check-in on their individual list.
Does it work with Excel?
Yes - you can import guest-lists and export attendance in xlsx format.
Can I send people tickets prior to my event?
Yes - you can create QR passes on the dashboard, then share it with people.
Can I send people registration links prior to my event?
Yes - you can share a registration or check-in link.
Can I add walk-ins during the event?
Yes - you can create profiles/guests on the iOS app.
What are profiles?
A profile is a unique visitor (e.g. customer, member, student, guest, visitor). Think of profiles like contacts on your phone address book; You can store people’s contact information like a CRM.
How is check-ins different from profiles?
A profile can be added to a list and be checked-in. A check-in cannot take place without a profile. Think of profiles like contacts on your phone address book; think of check-ins like performing an action on a contact like calling/texting.
Will it work on multiple devices, at the same time?

Can I add other people to my account? (i.e. have more than one login?)

What do I need to download?
OneTap web/admin dashboard is officially supported on Google Chrome. (Most modern browsers like Firefox and Safari have compatible support).

What hardware do I need?
iOS app behind the desk mode needs an iPhone, iPad, iPad Air, iPad Mini, or iPad Pro that supports iOS 12+. iOS app Kiosk mode needs an iPad, iPad Air, iPad Mini, or iPad Pro that supports iOS 12+. Visit the AppStore download page to see if your device is supported.

Can I cancel anytime? Am I locked into a contract?
Monthly and annual plans visible on the public pricing page are subscriptions. We don’t believe in contracts, you can cancel either one at any time from your dashboard.

What is the refund policy? What happens if the product does not work?
Non product defect - We are friendly :) we can refund subscription purchases up to 10 days after purchase for any reason.
Product defect - If you experienced a critical bug that impacted your check-ins, email us at [email protected] and we will happily refund your subscription up to 30 days from purchase.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
You can cancel from the settings page on the dashboard.
Can I try OneTap before purchasing a plan?
Not at the moment - feel free to check out our free plan instead.
What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay by ACH, check, or wire transfer?

Your data is stored in the AWS / N. Virginia (us-east-1) region. The data is stored on a MongoDB cloud database.
